CANCELLATION POLICY We do not require deposits however to respect the time of our guests and beauty professionals, A VALID DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD ON FILE IS REQUIRED to reserve all appointments. The card will not be charged unless a cancellation or no-show policy is violated. LATE ARRIVAL POLICY Grace Period: 10 Minutes Arrivals after 10 minutes may result in: • Service modification • Rescheduling • Appointment cancellation The decision will be based on the remaining service time available. 24-HOUR OR SAME-DAY CANCELLATIONS Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours before scheduled appointment time. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to cancellation fee. Same day are considered late cancellations. Less than 24 hr Cancellation Fee: • 50% of Scheduled Service This fee is not applied toward future services. NO-SHOW POLICY A no-show occurs when a client: • Fails to arrive • Fails to notify the salon • Arrives too late to complete the service FIRST-TIME COURTESY Management may waive one cancellation or no-show fee at its discretion. After courtesy has been used, all future violations will be enforced. REPEAT NO-SHOWS Two No-Shows: • Client must prepay 100% of future appointments. Three No-Show: • Online booking privileges may be suspended. • Future appointments must be approved by management. Management reserves the right to refuse future appointments. RESCHEDULING POLICY Clients may reschedule once without penalty when notice is provided at least 24 hours in advance. CHILDREN POLICY To maintain a relaxing luxury experience: Only clients receiving services should be present. Children may attend only if receiving a scheduled service. No children under the age of 8 are permitted unless approved by management. REBELLE STANDARD Appointment times are reserved exclusively for each guest. When an appointment is missed, it impacts our beauty professionals, our business and other clients who could have used that time.
